We had a very pleasant experience buying a car from Carlos at Village Pointe Toyota. He contacted us when we inquired about a car they had on their lot. He was very professional & dressed nice. He answered all of our questions & the test drive went well. The purchase went well in a timely manner, no game playing. The finance expert was very pleasant & we were out of there in a minimal amount of time. Ken

We were lucky enough to meet Carlos, whose professionalism, personability, expertise, and hard work were the driving force behind our car sale. We unfortunately had a long wait due to a very busy day for the dealership and he made the wait damn enjoyable. I cannot recommend working with Carlos enough.
