Rusty is definitely 5 stars in Customer Service! He was very thorough in taking care of us when our car was finally delivered. (Problem was not with Toyota, but with the way things are in the country right now.) I would highly recommend Rusty and Village Pointe Toyota!

Village Point Toyota and Rusty were fabulous. They went above and beyond in helping me find and purchase a new RAV4. Rusty was very helpful in explaining what all the new functions on my vehicle would do.
