straight forward I found both my sales person Jason and his manager to be very straight forward and to deliver what they promise. Jason brought my all weather mats to me on his day off when they did not have them in stock. Jason has a good combination of being "on top of it" but super casual-- which helps make the process much more relaxed.

Joel was very helpful, informative and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the Rav4. Easy to contact. Responded to questions, concerns when I reached out to him after the sale.

Professional and hardworking staff and I was able to find a great deal. Used Sam's Club's auto program and Village Pointe contacted me right away and tracked down the vehicle I was looking to find. Thank you Mike and Joel!

I don't know if this dealership had been treating its customers like this. The communication strategies the dealership used was unique and amazing. My wife and I couldn't believe how fast the process getting the car we loved was. The entire dealership the environment was friendly. Our sales Consultant Robb Stevens was a fantastic person to work with. Departments managers were friendly and helpful people. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there who needs to buy a decent vehicle.
