Worked with Ethan Lammers on the purchase of a 2016 Chevy Suburban. I work in Columbus and live in Lincoln so I asked for a couple of pictures of the interior of the vehicle to make sure it would be worth the trip out. He did better than that. He emailed me a personalized video show casing and explaining the entire vehicle inside and out. It was awesome. We drove it home that night. Ethan was great, highly recommend.

Peter knew nothing about me when I first approached. But we sat down and he listened! The car he pulled from the back lot for me to check out fulfilled each of my requirements. He was extremely patient and understanding that I couldn’t commit until my brother-in-law came to check out the car- the next day. He approved and we completed the deal. This was one of my best car buying experience. Right from test drive to delivery there was no pressure. Peter was very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase. They even went ahead and solved a small niggle I had after purchase, really appreciate their work. I would highly recommend to ask for Peter when you think of walking into Village pointe Toyota.

Max was so great to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and make the purchasing of our new vehicle easy! He also came in the next day, on his day off, to make sure the rest of my experience was perfect. Talk about follow through on his sale! I would definitely encourage others to purchase from this dealership if they are looking for a place to purchase a vehicle.
