I am from out of state and from the first call to Village Pointe Toyota things went smooth. They answered my questions and made the process easy. I worked with finance to secure the loan with an amazing rate. Once that was done I flew out the next morning and landed in Omaha at around 10:30 am and my sales rep Baher picked me up. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The car was waiting and ready just as agreed and after a nice test drive we proceeded with the transaction.
