Peter Tongsrimaung is a wonderful sales person. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me figure out all the dials and knobs. Sounds easy for a young person but if your a older person it's quite a challenge. He is a truly personable and honest person, quite fun and I wish he was my grandson.

I had several choices for used cars here in Omaha...most looked unappetizing. Village Pointe Toyota had the kind of car I was looking for, and I'm satisfied with my 2015 Nissan Versa.

Joel is the best! Very polite, respectful and quick to respond to calls/texts. Extremely helpful and eager to learn. If he doesn't know the answer to your concern then he will not act like he does (take note, service department) and will instead try to find out or get someone else who can assist you. Adam, the sales manager, was also very helpful. I had been dealing with another Toyota dealership in the area for the few weeks prior to going to Village Point and disliked the way the sales manager handled things at the other p... read more

I have bought 3 Prius with Rusty's help and guidance and will go to him everytime. This last visit was the fastest and easiest experience yet. My husband called early morning and talked to Rusty about a vehicle we were wanting to look at. We were 2 hours away and asked if he could hold it until we could get there to look at it. The vehicle was everything we wanted and more. Rusty was upfront and honest through the whole process. He wanted to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the transaction. Will definitely call him again in the future.
