friendly no pressure buying I was able to get an excellent deal on a recent Toyota Camry purchase. I was contacted by sales rep Justin D'Angelo who stayed with me thru the entire process. He was professional and courteous and worked hard to get my business but not to the extreme of being to assertive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and takes the time to show you the car. Financing was easy and Sarah explained all other options available for purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.

Committed to Customer Service Mike McHenry was great to work with. The service center was closed so he ran to the store and bought a replacement battery for the remote and changed it out himself. He made sure I was able to take the car home so my mechanic could look at it. And was very responsive via text messages. Definition of Customer Service My situation was an obstacle, to say the least. Brian Walsh not only took the time to find me the truck I needed, but he listened to what I wanted. He listened to my situation and did not shy away at the obstacle of getting me into the Tundra. The team at Village Pointe Toyota worked hard, and went above and beyond to make this experience a breeze for the customer. If they were ready to pull their hair out at any time, they never let me know. I could not be more impressed with the experience.
