Excellent Customer Service Sicilia was excellent!! She didn’t hesitate to help us and was eager to make sure we were getting exactly what we came looking for. Very personable So...I went to one dealership before I went to Village Pointe Toyota. They had made it seen that a dream of a Highlander wouln't come true. Outstanding service and knowledgeable Excellent job getting us in the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Chris Risling was probably the most knowledgable sales person we dealt with and we looked at Fords, Hondas and Mazdas. Chris took the time to explain details and truly made the event pressure free. When it came to finance there was no pressure just explanation of Toyota offers...Jordan did a great job getting us in and out fast...

Made the process very easy for an out of town buyer I am not from Omaha but Jose made the process of buying from Village Point very easy! He found me a car with the specs that I wanted and was able to have the paint treatment and auto start installed before I came down there which made it so there was one less trip we had to make to Omaha which we greatly appreciated! We love our new Toyota Sienna!

Why we enjoy Village Point Toyota We went into the dealer ship not knowing what to expect. We made an appointment with Justin D’Angelo to do business. He was beyond friendly and very low pressure. Actually know pressure. He told us our options and gave us his best friendly offer. I would highly recommend Justin and Toyota to anybody looking to buy or lease a car.
