Awesome Justin and I would like to hare our experience at the Village Point Toyota dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we had no intention of buying a vehicle that day as the game plan was to visit several different dealerships (Ford, Lincoln, etc.) test drive more than one vehicle and then go home and peruse all the data we had acquired. Painless transaction with VP Toyota I was returning a leased vehicle and looking to lease a new Tacoma so I worked via the website to begin the process. Easy. Fun. Helpful. Personable. Relatable. Successful. As I was buying my first car, I had no idea what to expect. I started off wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but my dad had me go check out Toyota just to see what they had. Great experience (with Sicilia) After searching a while for a good used Venza and a good pricing, I found one in Omaha at Village Pointe Toyota (I live in Minneapolis). I called the dealership and spoke with Sicilia. She was very professional, answered all my question, did what I asked here to do (check some things), made the appointment and confirmed that I can see the car first hour in the morning the next day. Easy lease renewal My lease was within a few months of being up and I really had no idea what I wanted to do. Justin, the salesperson, called me with an offer on another Rav 4 at approximately the same payment I have been making. In addition to all of the features I was enjoying with my Rav4 XLE, he included a lift gate, which I love, It is so nice not to have to worry about what to do when the lease is up. I hope I can continue this relationship.
