A+ buying experience in Omaha We began our car buying experience with a few bad memories from 6 years ago. That was a bad experience. What made Village Pointe special was the pleasant buying experience enjoyed by my wife and I. Great Experience, beginning to end I think most people dread the car buying experience, myself included. I had visited another Toyota Dealer before coming to Village Pointe. My experience at the other dealer was typical; sales guy played the typically sales games; but in order to get negotiating leverage, I had to visit several places to get the best price. No pressure, and easy to work with From the moment we stepped on the lot, the staff was helpful, polite, and not pushy. We easit negotiated a fair deal for the preowned car we were wanting. When an issue came up about a second key, the dealership was willing to take care of us by buying us a new second key. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very pleasant experience I was not in the market for a new car-just picking up a friend who had dropped off his car. A pleasant, casual conversation with a young sales person led to me trading the car I thought I would drive forever, for a leased Toyota that very day.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and because we had called ahead the vehicle was ready for us to view.
