Amazing Service! Service was excellent! I've been looking for a vehicle for and always had Toyota on my mind. When I first came to Village Pointe, Rusty was the first one I met. He was very kind and friendly, super accommodating between my super, busy schedule and indecisiveness about cars. He even offered to come in on his days off to help me to work with my schedule! Incredible Customer Service Due to the impressive customer service received while buying my last vehicle from this dealership, I returned to purchase my newest vehicle recently and experienced the same results. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted I was very pleased with the final result of my deal. I was able to get the car that I really wanted at the price that fit my budget. New vehicle purchase Chris was wonderful to work with. He wanted us to be happy with our purchase. He made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before we left. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient at showing all of the new features on our new 2018 Highlander. When we need another vehicle in the future we will go to Chris again.

Great car buying experience! I had contact with four dealerships in my car search online via e-mail and text. Once I obtained enough information to warrant a visit to the dealership, I felt most comfortable at Village Pointe. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Thank You Justin! Working with Justin made my car buying experience enjoyable!
