Recent Purchase EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONLY BEING ABLE TO CHARGE $2,500 TO MY VISA CARD. I USED MY CARD FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING TO RECEIVE POINTS AND THIS LARGE PURCHASE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. WHAT A BUMMER! ~ MY SALES PERSON RUSTY WAS GREAT! HE WENT ABOVE/BEYOND ON THE WOST SNOW DAY OF THE YEAR TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHSE. NOT ONLY THAT HE VERY RESPONSIVE AND CALLED ME BACK AS HE SAID HE WOULD. I WILL BE BACK TO DO MORE BUSINESS WITH RUSTY! THANKS AGAIN. MS. KIDD

Fantastic! The team at Village Pointe Toyota took exceptional care of my husband and I when we purchased our new Corolla. Didn’t feel sold exactly what I needed Screamed at the door by Rusty every step of the way went well even though the place was super busy.Had a lot of downtime in between juggling a customers, however we were checked in on and a shirt process and the steps they were going to be happening shortly

No games I bought a car here a few months ago, then it got totaled. I went back to buy another car and they helped me find a great deal without going through the negotiation games that most salespeople like to play. Definitely recommend!

Great buying experience! Everyone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. No one tried to persuade us. Rusty was very patient with us while we made our decision and made us feel at home. Great experience Robb with Village Point Toyota was wonderful! He is very down to earth and made our car buying experience very pleasant. Highly Recommend 3 years ago we were in a bad situation where we had been sold a lemon by another dealer and had a large amount of negative equity on a car that we couldn’t drive. Village Pointe Toyota worked with us and helped us to find a lease that would allow us to pay off the negative equity gradually and was still affordable. Now that we are at the end of our first lease, we made the choice to work with Village Pointe Toyota again due to our positive experience. My husband and I would highly recommend them.
