Brett followed up with me weekly with updates on vehicles on the lot and went above in beyond his role to ensure that the experience was top notch. LOVED our experience at VPT! ! We met Rusty right from the start and had the most flawless experience! He's real and factual! It was a wonderful pleasure buying our Toyota Rav4! The financial portion of the sale was tedious and gets very long...I am sure some of that is normal however, whatever you can do to make it less painless would be great!

I work with a lot of dealerships in the Omaha area at my job, so I knew that I could trust Village Pointe Toyota when I was in the market for a 2nd vehicle. Troy recommended that I check out some of the pre-owned vehicles on the lot, and I'm so glad I did! Tim was very helpful in showing me some different cars and the finance team made it very clear what my best options were. I never felt like I was forgotten about or waiting for too long, even when they got busy. I was able to drive off with a car that I'm very happy with!
