Excellent experience with sales & leasing consultant Last week a Village Point Toyota sales consultant called about my leased RAV4. He had me drive two new RAV4's. He took time & effort to make my new lease experience was informative & enjoyable. I am very pleased with my new RAV4 Hybrid!!

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy I have been very happy with this dealership in the past and decided to use them again to buy out my lease. Justin knew he wasn't going to make a lot of money on my deal, but was extremely nice and accommodating nonetheless. Micheal made the financing portion of the process quick and painless. I was at the dealership a total of 1.5 hours - definitely much less than I had planned on! Thanks to everyone involved. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

Smooth Everything went very smoothly. We were there in August and were not pleased with our sales person. However, JC made everything go smoothly. We purchased our previous Totota from Old Mill, and it was the best car we ever owned.

Problems using GPS I stopped in without an appointment because my phone was not working. Jeff met me at the door and immediately agreed to help me. Once out to my car, he began showing me how to fix the problem. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood what to do if the situation happened again. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who might need to do business with Village Point. If I need to return for any reason, I definitely would request to see Jeff.

Fast & Friendly The staff and atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and efficient. I browsed their inventory online before going into the dealership.
