Amazing customer service!!! This was my first time going to a dealership and I'm glad I did. I met Russell and Jackson who were very helpful in explaining the whole process of acquiring a new car. Bob Menicucci The only reason I am giving Village Pointe a 5 now is because of Bob Menicucci. The last time we bought a car from Village Point, it was terrible because of a sales person. However, this time, Bob really gave us an amazing experience and got us the price we wanted right away. He also made the process as painless as possible. Very good! We arrived at 5:00pm, they close at 6, and our outstanding salesperson stayed until 9:30pm helping us with paperwork and made sure we left happy! we weren't really sure about buying a new car and our wonderful sales person helped us find the perfect car at the right price!
