Birthday Surprise Success Justin D'Angelo and Greg Beethe provided excellent service and support in helping me to surprise my wife with her new Sienna for her 40th birthday. They worked with me to handle the trade-in, financing, and other paperwork over the phone and via email so that my wife could quickly begin enjoying her new van without spending a lot of time inside the dealership. excellent service by all departments! very very very very pleased with this place. comfortable environment, no pushy people. the financing department i was also very pleased with! everyone at village pointe toyota was on POINT. great dealership and jordan is a stand up man that made sure we were always being taken care of and he got us the best deal! we will be back to buy a car from him. i recommend jordan!

Dean Johnson was excellent We bought our second car here recently, and I highly recommend Dean as a sales rep. He found us the right car and was able to get us the price we needed. The entire process was smooth and easy, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. He even ordered new floor mats for us at no extra charge. I would recommend Dean and this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

Jim Paulsen made my experience a great one! Jim Paulsen made my buying experience with Toyota the best! I have had horrible car buying experiences before, where I was lied to and taken advantage of and I was not looking forward to going through the "experience" again. Honest and down to Earth I was very pleased with my experience at Village Pointe Toyota. Justin worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at an amazing rate. I couldn't be happier. Jordan is Awesome! Was looking for a used vehicle, Jordan Cervantes called me and said if I drove the hour to Village Pointe I wouldn't be disappointed. I was not. They sold me a used vehicle at a very good price and then took care of me after the sale even though it was a used vehicle. They detailed it, provided expert information and replaced all safety items, including the cracked windshield, at no extra cost. Highly recommend these guys!

Who is Brent Jackson? Well, let me start by saying I did not know Brent Jackson till the day my parents leased a vehicle from Village Pointe Toyota. I spoke to him on the phone prior to the appointment we later made. He was helpful, thorough and most of all a great listener! My parents needed to make an informed decision about leasing a vehicle and Brent answered every question my father had.
