Upfront, informed and efficient! Jose Lopez did an excellent job getting us the best deal possible. We saw the vehicle we were interested in online, called Mr. Lopez, and scheduled an appointment. We showed up at 615 pm and were out of the dealership with our new vehicle by 830 pm. Couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommend Mr. Lopez and the dealership for new or used vehicles.

Purchased 2013 Camry I recently got a great deal at Village Pointe Toyota on a 2013 Certified Camry. I worked with Mike Hansen and Dean Johnson. Mike was patience with me and showed me two different Camry's and got me into one at the price point I was looking for. Mike also found owner manuals for the car when there wasn't any in the car. Great sale experience, fantastic service department I have been purchasing new and used from Village Pointe Toyota since 1974 (when it was Old Mill Toyota). Today I purchased my 9th vehicle from them, a 2014 Camry XLE. Exceeded expectations Rod Mahnkey was extremely patient, kind and not pushy in the least. Got a great deal on car and experience overall was great. 2 negative aspects: 1.) took a long time, nearly 5 hours. 2.) the finance guy was very rude and very impatient...unfortunately can't remember his name. I dealt with Rod and manager Jake Koch and both were respectful. I would/will go back here!

Great Dealership! Dean Johnson our salesperson was AWESOME After getting on the website and requesting an E-Price, I was lucky enough to be paired with Dean Johnson at Village Pointe Toyota. I was incredibly busy at work and I didn't have time to be involved with phone calls back and forth, and preferred to correspond via email. DEAN WAS AWESOME! Very Pleased Used Car Buyer Deal process was through on line eprice to begin with. I was suspecting that prices and deal would change once I was there at Village Point dealership. It did change - it got better! My Salesman (Dean Johnson) and his boss made the experience one of the best I can ever recall. All questions answered truthfully and I had the feeling all along that they had my concerns addressed. Thanks Guys!
