Excellent Experience Our salesperson, Jordan Cervantes was outstanding not only during the purchase but also in making sure everything was okay after the sale. He was thorough, courteous and respectful. He even offered to come to our home to program the garage door opening. The service department took care of a minor issue in as very satisfactory and timely manner.
Awesome for a first time buyer! I was not excited to buy my first car mainly because I had heard repeatedly of how stressful the process was. Jose Lopez helped immensely with great advice. Shout to you too Greg Beethe for helping me through all the finances!!
Good experience Mike Hansen was very helpful for me to get the car I wanted. The total time to negotiate the sale was only about 2 hours. Mike is the sales consultant. He did not pressure me to buy only answered my questions. Scott Draper, the general sales manager was also very friendly but professional. They sold me a car I wanted at a price that was fair. Extraordinaire.... I didn't knew there was still good dealers till I went to village point Toyota and I met Vershan Jackson. He did all he could to help me get in a car. Upfront, informed and efficient! Jose Lopez did an excellent job getting us the best deal possible. We saw the vehicle we were interested in online, called Mr. Lopez, and scheduled an appointment. We showed up at 615 pm and were out of the dealership with our new vehicle by 830 pm. Couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommend Mr. Lopez and the dealership for new or used vehicles.

Purchased 2013 Camry I recently got a great deal at Village Pointe Toyota on a 2013 Certified Camry. I worked with Mike Hansen and Dean Johnson. Mike was patience with me and showed me two different Camry's and got me into one at the price point I was looking for. Mike also found owner manuals for the car when there wasn't any in the car. Great sale experience, fantastic service department I have been purchasing new and used from Village Pointe Toyota since 1974 (when it was Old Mill Toyota). Exceeded expectations Rod Mahnkey was extremely patient, kind and not pushy in the least. Got a great deal on car and experience overall was great. 2 negative aspects: 1.) took a long time, nearly 5 hours. 2.) the finance guy was very rude and very impatient...unfortunately can't remember his name. I dealt with Rod and manager Jake Koch and both were respectful. I would/will go back here!
