Came in to “look” at a Grand Highlander that had a sale pending on it. That sale fell through prior to me getting there and I was able to buy it! Sales staff was very knowledgeable and the dealership as a whole seemed to care more about my needs and wants rather than just trying to sell a vehicle.

Just a quick shout out to Village Pointe Toyota. Last week, I did a trade-in on my vehicle and purchased a Buick Envision. My overall experience was fantastic. I especially appreciated working with Joel Thirunilathu, Justin Carter, and Denny Velez...this team was able to get me to a happy place in reference to my trade-in. Everyone at Village Pointe Toyota was amazing to work with and they made my shopping and buying experience as easy and as enjoyable as could be. My wife and I visited Village Point Toyota on two occasions. Our main concern was being rushed in to a vehicle purchase. We drove a number of vehicles that sparked our interest on day one. It took us a couple of days to finally decide which vehicle was best. Sadly it sold later that day.
