Salesman Josue was great. His director Marshall M was to have things all ready when we arrived @ 11. Nothing was ready. Took us aver 3 hours at the dealership. Good thing we cleared most of our day. Love our new car! You all need to communicate and streamline your buying process better.

Village Pointe Toyota is awesome with a wide range of vehicles to choose from. The staff, especially Zach was very knowledgeable about the Tundra that I purchased. Zach walked me through setting up my phone with all the features (remote start) etc and explaining all the button/features inside as well.
