Let me start by saying I began my house purchase with a big bank lender and thought the whole experience was going along well until about a week before closing and then it seemed like they never heard of me and started asking me questions that should have been covered the first week. I got to the day I was scheduled to close with the big bank and they just plain stopped talking to me. This was by far the easiest and smoothest home purchase I have made. Vincent and his office was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about various loan programs and helped selecting the best loan for my situation. From day one through closing the team was always there to answer questions and assist in every way they could. I highly recommend Vincent as he is the best in the industry I have dealt with.
Vincent with CrossCountry Mortgage was very resourceful and helped us obtain a mortgage when a lot of lenders had turned us down due to a distant short sale in our credit history.
