Vincent with CrossCountry Mortgage was very resourceful and helped us obtain a mortgage when a lot of lenders had turned us down due to a distant short sale in our credit history. There were some bumps along the road but at the end of the day, Vincent came through. I would recommend Vincent and CrossCountry mortgage to anyone in the home purchasing market.
He has strung us along for 4 months and still no house.. he doesn't respond when you reach out..he leaves so much details out ...he doesn't get the proper paperwork he needs so everyday is a new request.. he is just a poor communicater and then when you do get him on the phone he sounds like an automated person from telemarketing tryin to hype you up about a product..very cheesy n fake..he's been the worse for a first time buyer...don't recommend.. This doesnt appear to be a valid review from a valid client. I have not done financing for anyone in the Greater Carrollwood area, nor with an email address that literally translates to "school of DooDoo". It certainly doesnt seem accurate as I dont recall anyone describing me on the phone as an Automated person from telemarketing :-) I dont even know what that would sound like, but from the looks of my reviews both on Zillow, Google and many others, cheesy N fake and "automated person" are not words that would be used to de... read more

Although Mr. Fiordilino is nice enough to speak with when things seem to be moving forward, he disappeared every time the lender was to provide something on or before a specific date. Further, he made various promises that did not turn out to be based in reality. Then when I attempted to communicate with him to address the issue created by CHL, he refused to answer calls or text messages and answered emails with more empty promises and assigning responsibility to others within the lender's control to explain why Loan approva... read more
