The adjectives I would use to describe Vincent are personable, patient, tenacious and unflappable, and always accessible. Vincent did a great job selling my house. I was out of the area the entire time and he handled all details, resources, and needs with no hassle to me. The staging and photography that he paid for made the house look great. Vincent was quite helpful with the process of bidding, dealing with counter offers as well as assisting us in getting financing with excellent people. He knew and recommended people to help with inspections. Both he and the individuals he recommended were knowledgeable and quick to respond. I was impressed. I met Vincent when he was holding an open house in Carlsbad, and mentioned that I was considering selling my house in Carmel Valley. When he came to see my house, he brought a wealth of research and suggested a price range that he thought would attract the broadest set of potential buyers.
