Vincent was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He quickly responded to any questions we had and was direct and forthright with the answers. He did not hide anything from us and was always a pleasure to work with. His credentials and reviews speak for themselves. I would not use anybody but Vincent. I would highly recommend him to anybody who would like to buy and/or sell their property and have a stress free environment in the process.

Vincent has helped us to purchase a short sale property recently. We really appreciated his exceptional assistance and patience through out this transaction. My family, husband and three elementary aged children, were moving from Denver to San Diego. Our family moves around a lot and we have worked with many different realtors. He came for the first visit to the house we wanted to sell, my folks', armed with comps materials and written materials about his qualifications and recommendations from other clients.
