I've been in my homes since September 2019. The home was under a different Owner at the time. At or around 1 year later Vibebrook took over as Owner and Landlord. The experience has been horrible. Since Vinebrook took over Ownership of my rental property I've suffered mentally and emotionally. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. My rent on 9/19/2019 was $975. per month. BBB should allow zero stars. Their customer service suck. They want to charge you to come fix an issue and they drag their feet to get someone out to come fix the issue. They make sure to get their money every month smh. You would think how long they've been in business they would've figured how to get it right by now. They don't want you coming up to the office makes me think they had an incident with one of their tenants before. Doesn't surprise me their in a big lawsuit right now. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been a loyal resident for 2 1/2 years. The customer service including Maintenace department is TERRIBLE!!!!! I have had multiple things go wrong in my town home some that still have not been fixed in over a year. Completely incompetent. Balance was incorrect and the company has the nerve to send me a notice of eviction, after email upon email and voicemail after voicemail to just have a dialog. They are clearly ignoring me or just too poorly managed to actually help tenants. This company has serious issues that they obviously don’t care about because money. DON’T EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Oh yea and don’t mind the rating because you get ZERO STARS!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have been waiting to have my ceiling and roof repaired for over 7 months. Ive had a flood of feces and water in my basement and it was of no emergency for them to fix it. Which I had to clean up myself after being in the home less than 2 weeks. Theres no urgency to fix or repair anything. They find homes in bad condition, do minimum repairs and place them up for lease. I have an attorney and we are taking this to court.

The worst property management company ever!! They don’t even have a physical office, everything is communicated via phone or email. They go up on the rent and don’t even fix anything! What’s the point in having maintenance if you still have to pay a fee for them to come out to just “look” at the problem and then if they determine a contractor needs to come out you’re responsible for paying to get things fixed that should be covered in the lease.

I got the keys and signed my lease yesterday. I went over to house to sweep today and start cleaning and noticed a lot wrong, especially when I was told the carpets were professionally cleaned as they weren’t in a bad enough state of needing replaced (although the tenants before seemed to live there for 5 years according to Zillow) and the house was painted. I have been waiting for maintenance to replace a window in my apartment for 8 wks and every time I report it again and again I get a email stating it is complete. My contract stays MOST maintenance request is 7-14 repair time. I no it don’t take 8 wks to replace a piece of glass… I 1st reported on May 7th. They came and took the window out and I only have a piece of broken looks to be paneling over the window! Horrible place to work. Horrible management and no one does anything about it. They keep letting the good people go and keeps the lazy ones that don’t think they need to work. They don’t pay their workers or contractors.
