Service or Repair Issues Vinebrook Homes is in the process of transitioning ownership to Evergreen Live. However, our maintenance requests are still to go through Vinebrook until 10/22/25. I submitted an emergency maintenance request 10/18/25 for a termite infestation and was told that I would be reached out to in less 24 hours. I did not hear back. My roommate called to report the issue again to which they said we would hear back within 48 hours. Vinebrook is clearly waiting out the time until this is no longer their issue ... read more

Facilities Issues I have rented a property from this company up until September 15 of this year. Unknowingly this property has a black mold issue that I have just found out about. After doing work orders with them for the source of the mold on multiple occasions while the owned it, me and my son have been sick for months not know why and come to find out there is mold growing in the house. Service or Repair Issues I am filing a formal complaint against VineBrook Homes due to serious issues during my current attempt to rent a property from them in Columbus, Ohio. Customer Service Issues I've been a long term tenant of Vinebrook Homes and have never experienced anything major until recently, when a dispute arose concerning use of my driveway. The driveway was clearly advertised in VineBrook's rental listing, and their own attorney confirmed the the MLS shows the property includes a driveway. This is an ongoing legal case where our attorneys are interacting with attorneys for the neighboring property owners. Steps are being taking to resolve the property line dispute. An offer was made to reduce the resident's rent due to the loss of the driveway space, but it was rejected and a demand was made by the resident for rent adjustment AND $70,000 in compensation for emotional distress. Billing Issues Hello, I keep getting water bills from the previous tenants and some how VineBrook put the charges on my account! I been trying to get in contact with someone but to no prevail they haven’t called me back nor paid the PAST DUE charges. I moved in 6/13/25. You see the billing date is June 20, 2025. I received this bill a few weeks of moving in versus every 3 months. This is not correct!

Service or Repair Issues I am a renter of vinebrook homes since December 2017. I have always paid my rent on time and up held my end of the lease contract. However, I have now been without a refrigerator for 12 days after submitting a maintenance request on Sept 24. Being told it would be delivered finally on Sat Oct 4! Billing Issues I was told to $3015.97 to move into there property at 303 monnell st high point nc on 7-22-22 and that didn't include first month's rent. The ren was 1275.00 a month. She said since I was a owner operator and self employed i had to pay double the deposit in the form of a cashiers check. Product Issues I was told by ********* to submit a rental application for a property. I did just that. And she rented the property to someone else and refused to return my application fee or use it towards another property.

A Vinebrook staff member attempted to reach out to the prospect but did not hear back. We can continue to work with the prospect, as soon as we have an accurate voucher number.
