I have just signed my lease yesterday and so far so good. House I decided to move in I inspected my self been in the construction business I know better and is in excellent condition. Tianda was my leasing agent and she is an awesome person very professional pleasant and very helpful. And for that me and my family thank you Tianda. Vinebook Bought the home we’ve lived in 10 years 2 years ago. After first year we had our first issue with heat going out and turned out we needed a new furnace. Vinebrook responded next day and within 4 days we had a new furnace as well as new central air unit. Our roof started leaking this week and 2 days after maintanence request roofers are her me fixing the problem as well as making plans for indoor repair to ceiling. My home was listed as 1975 Sq. Ft., but it is not. **** *** **** *** **********. When the home was sold this was also the listed square footage. It's just wrong. We moved from Ms. and foolishly believed the listing. On the other hand, every maintenance issue we had has been resolved. We have not had nightmare issues as others have had. Vinebrook bought our home 2 years ago From our private landlord. We’ve been here 10 years. We just signed our second lease, rent raised very reasonably. We’re always made aware of any charges coming to us for our water service about 10 days before they post to our account. 3 days ago I submitted that our furnace would not kick on after our central air quit. Huntsville al They have a wonderful maintenance department Johnathan is on top of every issue. He is a pleasure to work with and very efficient. Today I had to call the call center and Robin was also great so pleasant. I am very pleased with vinebrook on Huntsville al. Marsha T***** resident
I want to give props to the Cincinnati maintenance team. My heat was out during this current cold snap we are having. I had Duke Energy check the pilot light and that was not the issue. I put in a maintenance request around 3 am on 11/13/2022. Someone from the maintenance department was already at my home early this morning and the heat is now working. My grandchildren and I thank you very much for the quick response time!!!
