I been with Vinebrook a year and I did face challenges and unforeseeable circumstances. I made sure that when I moved in I noted everything little flaw in my home on my move in check list. I think residents should make a habit out properly filling out your move in checklist because it matters when it's time to move out. Secondly I dealt with late payments that I honestly felt weren't my fault.
