*Edit* They set us up with a new apartment complex and an apartment and on top of that gave us a 200$ gift card as compensation, we truly appreciate the help that was given to us ❤️ My fiance (30 M) and I (pregnant 19 F), applied to these apartments knowing I have no credit due to not wanting to mess it up since I'm so young, and my fiance only having a score of around 500. Can’t wait to pick up our keys to our apartment in three days. I’m so excited. I looked at most apartments in Reno and Sparks and choose the Vineyards as the best one to fit my need! And hats off to Jacquelyn as the best apartment rental agent I met. Her professionalism is above and beyond!

Working with Michele was wonderful. Made sure every question we asked was answered thoroughly. Michele was so welcoming to my family and I we could not pass up this property. The construction didnt even matter at that point. When a property and their team makes sure you are comfortable its a Sure thing. Can't wait to start a new adventure.
We just moved into this beautiful place and we love it. We are from out of town and working with Michelle thru the leasing process was a pleasure. My husband and I are the first to move into this lovely 2 bedroom apartment and it already feels like home. I would recommend checking out Vineyards at the Galleria for your next home.
