The Vineyards at Galleria are a bunch of con artists! I gave them $400 for my application 5 weeks ago and they won't even give me a decision! Renters beware, they are just making money with application fees and have no intention of leasing you an apartment.

Our goal is to complete application processing within 3 to 5 business days; however, it can take longer if additional verification is needed. Since living here, we have experienced our downstairs neighbor flying through our front door uninvited because he thought we were making too much noise at 8:30 pm. We had to call and make a police report for that. We gave the manager that police report. When management switched over, there was no report on our profile. The neighbor continued to live downstairs from us for about a year and a half, which scared me daily. We were also harassed by a woman living across the parking lot after she had been arrested. I would do anything in your power to avoid renting here. We have been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks to review fraudulent move out charges and have been continually ignored. Go look at google or yelp reviews, this company is a scam.

My girlfriend and I were excited to move here after touring the apartment with the leasing agent Jacquelyn. Jacquelyn answered all of our questions and was very kind to us. She should probably be running the place. Jacquelyns manager Lorena isn't as professional. We have had an issue with our ice maker in our freezer which we asked multiple times to put a work order in for.
