The Murrietta Team was amazing to work with! While in the process of buying my first home our original appraisal with a different lender came in unreasonably low and was so disappointing. But we reached out The Murrietta Team and they were able to get us pre-approved with a letter of approval in just 2 DAYS and schedule an appraisal on the very same house less than a week later that came in above offer price! Communication was key and they have it down, I wouldn’t recommend any other lender!
