David and Mackenzie have always treated us fairly and gone the extra mile to get us the best rates. There was a long period when rates just weren’t doing well. Rather than talk us into paying higher fees for a lower rate, David suggested to wait. After about 6 months, David reached back out to us that rates had dropped and it was time to refinance. I find that type of integrity hard to find in this industry. I would use them solely for all our mortgage needs.
