Patti and Team were absolutely 'on top of things'. Their attention to detail and ability to move quickly (and accurately) through the mortgage process is unparalleled. I have purchased many properties in the past and this was by far the smoothest any financing has gone. Her responsiveness during the online application, the follow up text messages and the weekend emails are all indicative of her work ethic and commitment to her client's success. Always got back to me when needed. Took at least 30 calls from me, at least once a day. Seemed as invested in the process of my buying a homes as we did. He and his associate Melissa were awesome!!

Brett ALWAYS communicated every step of the process. Even during a pandemic, when everything else in life is more difficult, I’d say buying my first home was simple. We got the home, the approval, the payments that we hoped for. Brett will forever be MY MORTGAGE GUY.
