John butcher was incredible every step of the way. Checked in with every new action or needed document and was able to explain the process clearly. He was able to answer the dozens of questions I had about everything and made it very stress free! John worked with the entire team to make sure everything was fine on time and he checked in even after the process was completed to make sure I was happy with the process and didn’t have any further questions.
