John butcher was incredible every step of the way. Checked in with every new action or needed document and was able to explain the process clearly. He was able to answer the dozens of questions I had about everything and made it very stress free! John worked with the entire team to make sure everything was fine on time and he checked in even after the process was completed to make sure I was happy with the process and didn’t have any further questions. Before calling The John Chavez Team, I was working with another lender...after 6 months with no loan, I called John. He says... Of course he can help me, he can have my loan done quickly. True to his word, I closed BEFORE the original date given. Yasmeen was incredible to work with, communicating at every step and very helpful. She made it a very low stress process.
