Really, really wonderful experience. I highly recommend Chantelle - she was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience a lot less scary than it might otherwise be. I've heard that tons of lenders aren't closing on time given the current market in phoenix - and that's not the case with this team! they went over and above to be ready by the estimated close date and then were flexible as we hit some bumps in the road that caused a minor delay (on the sellers side).
