When I met Rob I liked his personality and his ability to communicate with people. The other people in his office were very courteous. The office is very clean and well put together I found it comfortable to be in. Rob and his team did pretty good at getting back to me in a timely fashion with answers to my questions. I will definitely use his services again.
Paul was a true professional right from the start. He went over all our options for refinancing, was clear about the differences and gave us time to make an informed decision. The paper work was all electronic and very easy to submit through the online portal. He kept in touch throughout the process and we closed without any issues.
