Angela is very responsive, quick to review and update info and very knowledgeable. She was great at explaining complicated parts of the loan and any new policies.
Olivia made the refinance process go very smoothly! She was very quick to respond to any questions, and the whole process moved along very quickly, especially compared to another house we recently refinanced through a different company which was painful and took many, many months to complete. We definately learned our lesson and will reach out to Olivia from now on for our financing needs.

When I started my pre-approval process I was using another company. As a first time home buyer, the lack of communication was unsettling. I was referred to Emery Payne by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Emery was a consummate professional. The communication was beyond reproach. Never had to call, text or email him for updates because he was consistently keeping us in the loop. My Agent, and Lawyer were also very impressed with Emery's work ethic, and professionalism.
