Allen stayed in contact with all the parties of the loan. He listened and understood the challenges at hand and was able to communicate this to the underwriting team. Which resulted in a purchase loan being completed in 3 weeks, with a first time home buyer / borrower that was out of state. A job well done and I was very impressed with the results. Erik was so awesome. We initially were going to refinance our previous home and had Erik working on that. Then we decided to sell it and move to a cooler climate. The seller’s market is so crazy now that we put offers in on 3 different homes requiring a loan approval each time and was even in escrow with one that fell out. Erik was super understanding and accommodating through all of this. Yesterday we moved into an amazing house thanks to Erik and his team.

Mike has the exceptional ability to exceed expectations. This was my first time building a new home and the process seemed a bit overwhelming at first. Mike was able to walk me through the process, reassuring me that the long process is worth the wait in the end. His calm, yet confident demeanor was very comforting during those periods of "silence" while my home was being built. He was always one step ahead of the builder in communicating everything I needed to know. AWESOME to work with!!
