In the beginning of the process Matt was extremely responsive to my questions. In fact he presented graphs to aid in my understanding. Kayla was very pleasant to work with. She responded to my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed. This was my second time I have worked with Matt. If I ever want to purchase another house or do a refi, I will be contacting him again !
