Matt was incredibly responsive during this process. We were under a tight deadline to get the loan and Matt and his entire team delivered. Matt was also forward thinking which was appreciated and it alleviated many of the last minute requests. Lastly, i feel that Matt had my family's best interest at all times and sincerely wanted to make the process as easy as possible.
