Eric’s communication throughout the transaction was excellent! I’ve not had a lender call me with updates on a regular basis, particularly when I am the listing agent and not the buyer’s agent. Eric and his team helped my Fiance and me at a time when everything changed due to COVID. He and his team were able to adjust to the changes in protocol very quickly. They provided us fist time buyers the guidance to ensure we got the loan we wanted and more importantly, get the loan in time for us to get the house during a time of uncertainty.
