Chad was such an amazing person to work with. Nothing but good things! Always had time for us and always responded very fast if we had questions .
This was my first time buying a home so I wasn’t very experienced in the process of obtaining financing. Resa explained everything clearly and if I didn’t understand she took the time to make sure that I did. Anytime I that I had a question or if something popped up Resa reached out to assist me very promptly. I felt like everything was taken care of for me and the homebuying process was very smooth thanks to Resa and her team.

I love that the communication was frequent, quick, and responsive. I appreciated that all my answers were answered and that there was no hostility between conversations. The advice and information were great and the whole process felt like a breeze.
Drew is always available to take my call, to answer any questions, and to explain anything I have questions about. He responds immediately and calls back right away if he is on another call. Drew never made me feel rushed. He is extremely professional and made me feel like I was a very important client. I felt comfortable with his advice. It was a pleasant experience.
This is the second time we have worked with Chris to purchase a home. He is always very personable and attentive to our needs. He takes his time to explain everything in detail so you really understand the whole process. Drew is great! He kept me informed of the status of the loan was and what was needed. If I had a question, he would respond either with a text, email or a call.
