This is my 3rd mortgage with Will. He exceeds expectations every single time... and keeps the "crazy" away by setting realistic expectations and working behind the scenes with underwriting. With the magic he works, I don't get any of those panicky phone calls - and he's never missed a closing date for me. Working with Will is soooo much better than the first mortgage broker I worked with. Night and day difference.
