As a Realtor, I cannot say enought great things about Will. He is always on point with clients! Will should be your first/last call if you are looking to finance or refinance a home!!!
For snowbirds like us, it would REALLY help those who have bank accounts in their "home" state to let them know at least a month before closing to let them know that the Title Companies can only take a Cashiers check or Money order to complete the down payment and closing. I got burned on this as all my money was in PA. Took a lot of "bribery" between a local bank and my home bank to move the tens of thousands of dollars required at the last minute. Marshall was a fantastic loan man!!

We never had to "guess" where our paperwork was in the process. You always let us know. I think the only glitch was not knowing that a lien had to be removed at the bank on a very old loan that had been paid off.
