The few mistakes which I found prior to closing were corrected quickly. The team was generally responsive . I would prefer to have the option for less electronic ( push ) communication , and just notify me when something is needed for processing. I can see how the videos , etc might be helpful to first-time mortgage clients , but not so much for re-fi. All in all, I was confident the process was moving as professionally and efficiently as possible , considering the current environment.
