They respond to inquiries in a very timely manner, provide updates before you can ask and will call me to check-in at least once a week. Often upon returning home in the evenings I will send an email out to ensure I don't forget to send it, with the expectation of receiving a reply in the morning and they will answer that evening! Diana is amazing and we would highly recommend her to our family and friends! She was informative and communicated frequently. She answered all of our questions!
