Austin was great; communicative, informative. Doc portal was ok to manage. Signing was a bit all over the place. Several missing documents. Changed deposit amounts. Ultimately, got it all done and everyone was friendly.

Drew has the amazing talent for explaining things in just the right amount of words. Too many words and I get lost, too few leaves questions. That was never the case with Drew and his team. The whole process was truly a pleasure.

I recently refinanced my house and used Jennifer Dziak-Turner at Suburban Mortgage. This is the third time I used her for my mortgage needs...the other two were new home purchases. Jennifer and her team are outstanding and I highly recommend them. They are always on top of everything and look for alternatives when there are challenges outside the norm. All three times were great experiences and I would not go anywhere else.

From the very first time I spoke with Drew, he explained the whole process to me. He "spoke my language" and I could easily understand what he was talking about. I/we haven't purchased a home in about 15 years so I wasn't sure of the process and what to expect - and there were no surprises because Drew had explained everything! Drew and team were responsive to my questions in a timely manner and I felt as if I were his only client each time we spoke. He never rushed me through the process.
