Jeremy did a great job getting us a very competitive mortgage and we greatly appreciate them waiving $175 on closing day. We enjoyed working with their team through the many hassles of first time ownership.\n\nHowever, we had multiple technical issues viewing our loan progress and had slow response/bad service times with our underwriting team. They would often send us an email at 5 pm/before a deadline and would not respond for several business days to our question unless I called Jeremy directly.
