Michael took calls, responded to texts, gave us a crash course, and was fast to respond every time we had a question or a concern. His willingness to get us a prequal letter in the middle of his night out at dinner in such a fast manner was the reason our offer was selected in the first place. He then took the time to call the sellers and give us a personal recommendation. My turn to do the same now. Working with Michael is worth a full interest point higher than settling for someone else.
