The mortage process can be challenging but Rob and his team were extremely helpful! I was able to text, call and email anytime I had a question. They worked with my schedule and anticipated all issues. I asked for a quick closing and they closed even quicker than i was asking for. Additionally after the closing when I had questions, they were still helpful. I highly recommend this team!

I thought Jeff Miksta was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had through the refinancing process. The process was fairly easy and went smoothly, just as with signing documents online and with setting up being able to close at our house with the notary (45 min), rather than going to an office somewhere and having to take a half day off of work to do so.
