Diana is professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. She made the process easy and I never had to wonder what was next. I appreciated the extra things she did like send e mails on the holidays which was not necessary but nice. Due to COVID -19 we did not meet in person but she offered phone calls if I needed and was available. This is not my first time using a mortgage company but it is the first time I would recommend the person I worked with . I will recommend Diana!
