PRMI stepped in when the lender we had originally been pre-approved by could not perform a remote closing. Living out of the country and trying to purchase a property was made easy by Geoff and his team. They were able to keep our closing date and offer as good as of interest rate that we had already been quoted with less fees at closing. We would definitely turn to Geoff again for another real estate transaction in the future.
